This item: Basic Salad Mix; Contains Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula & Cabbage. 5" x 5" Square of live microgreens, continuing to grow. For best flavor and texture, eat within 1 week while the greens are young and tender. This mix contains Vitamins K, E, and C, calcium, iron, and beta-carotenes. 
 
How to Harvest: When you're ready to eat, cut with scissors or knife above the root/growing medium to harvest the stem and leaves. Wash in a colander and let dry before using.
 
How to Receive: Pick up from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Thursday at the Tehachapi Farmers Market on Green Street, Tehachapi CA. (June 1 - August 17) Please bring your order receipt to exchange for your purchase.
 
Care Instructions: Upon getting home, open the top of your green's travel container and place on a kitchen counter out of direct sunlight. Mist or water as-needed to keep your greens fresh.
 
How it was Grown: This item was grown hydroponically with clean, potable water, hemp growing medium and organic seed. This item is not currently certified as "organic."
